Terms

Booking & Retainer
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session or wedding date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until both have been received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability. Retainers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another client.

Photography Style & Editing
By booking with Olivia Beattie Photography, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and appreciate my artistic style. Final images will be edited in a manner consistent with my portfolio, and unedited RAW files will not be provided.

Delivery of Images
Galleries will be delivered digitally within the timeframe outlined in your contract. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the season and workload, but every effort will be made to provide your images as promptly as possible.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and communicating any important details prior to the session. Delays may reduce shooting time and may affect the number of images delivered.

Copyright & Usage
Olivia Beattie Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to download, share, and print their photographs for personal purposes. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Film Photography Add-On
Film photography is offered as a complimentary add-on when available. Due to the nature of film, results cannot be guaranteed, and Olivia Beattie Photography is not responsible for lost, damaged, underexposed, overexposed, or otherwise compromised film images.

Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service and preserve your images, Olivia Beattie Photography shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, acts of nature, or other unforeseen events that may impact coverage or delivery.
